Both are available. We have distributors overseas, some of whom obtain standard sizes of aluminium windows/doors from the SUPERHOUSE factory, and we also supply customised products for many end customers, developers, and builders.

We supply complete aluminum window and door systems (including profiles, hardware, accessories, glass) as well as fully finished products ready for immediate installation.
Q3: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading and peel-off resistance for frames, as well as proper operation of hardware and accessories under normal usage. We offer a 10-year warranty for German hardware. In case of quality issues, replacement parts are dispatched via international courier. In-stock parts are delivered immediately; non-stock parts depend on material ordering timelines, typically 10-15 days.
Q4: Are your products certificated?
Yes, our products meet Australian standards and NFRC standards. We can also arrange specific testing and certification upon request.
Q5: What kind of service do you provide?
We provide professional engineering as well as supervising services to guide the installation of our windows and doors.
