Pricing is based on specific requirements. Please provide: 1) Shop drawing / window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, tinted, etc.).

Yes! Our products meet Australian standards (AS2047) and NFRC / CSA standards. We can also have our products tested and certified according to your project's region.
Q4Do your windows come with the glass installed?
We install glass at the factory based on dimensions to ensure safety during transportation and easy installation for the buyer. Onsite glazing is recommended for oversized products.
Q5What is your warranty and problem-handling policy?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, properly working hardware, and 10 years for German hardware. Immediate replacements are sent via international courier for any verified quality issues.
Q6What are your payment terms and delivery times?
Payment terms: 30% - 50% T/T deposit, balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted. Delivery time is normally 28 days after deposit and drawing confirmation.
