What is your manufacture time and MOQ?
Manufacture time is 30~45 days after deposit and drawing confirmed. Our MOQ is $20,000 for the order value; if below, an extra $800 color adjusting and machine running fee will be charged.
What is your warranty and how do you handle problems?
A 5-year quality warranty is provided (frame unfading/peel-off, proper hardware operation), and 50 years warranty for German hardware. Replacement parts are sent via international courier immediately if in stock, or 10-15 days if ordering material is needed.
